We are adept at handling nearly all aspects of insurance law arising or relating to a wide variety of policies including but not limited to general liability, professional liability, fidelity guarantee, common carriage and goods in transit, life insurance, employers liability, Work injury benefits/workman compensation, property insurance, motor insurance, performance bonds among others. Our insurance litigation practice includes representing insurance companies in declaratory suits and primary suits both in first and third party settings.

We have advised and represented insurance companies in disputes arising from repudiation of liability, alleged breaches of policies, subrogation and recovery claims. We evaluate and advice on policy liability, advocate and pursue the position of insurers in litigation and give all manner of insurance law related advice.
