  • Part of a team that represented one of Kenya’s largest banks in a number of cases involving the realization of securities.
  • Collaborated in a multi-firm team in acting for secured creditors owed more than Kshs. 5 billion in a pending insolvency claim against the largest local sugar miller. 
  • Represented a private security service provider in an employment claim brought by over 200 employees with an exposure of over Kshs. 80 million which was dismissed after hearing. 
  • Reduced client’s exposure in labour dispute by over Kshs.45 million by successfully persuading appellate court to set aside adverse judgment against the client
  • Part of the team that successfully represented an insured in a claim against its insurer which was ordered to compensate the insured for damage to property worth approximately Kshs. 70 million.
  • Trained over 30 medical industry professionals on law and medical malpractice.
