We have experience in handling local and international commercial arbitrations including but proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) International Court of Arbitration and LCIA. Drawing on decades of experience in major international and local arbitrations, and advising clients across various industries and jurisdictions, we provide specialist advice on all aspects of the arbitral process, from strategic considerations, institution and defending claims to enforcement. We represent a diverse clientele in major arbitration seats globally and multi-jurisdictional disputes. We have been involved in a complex ICC arbitration who subject matter is valued at over Kshs 2 billion. We have also filed an-anti-arbitration suit in the High Court of Kenya and successfully obtained an anti-arbitration injunction temporarily restraining the ICC arbitration. We recently concluded an LCIA arbitration involving a contentious cross- order ICT dispute.
