We have been engaged by various County Governments, Regulatory making bodies and development partners to draft legislation, regulations, and policies. Additionally, we provide training on drafting legislation and policies.

Notable assignments include assisting clients in adhering to requirements for public participation and consultation, laying subsidiary legislation before parliament/county assemblies, and preparing and publishing Regulatory Impact Statements.

We possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of conducting Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIAs), having assisted various regulation-making bodies, including the Agricultural and Food Authority, the Agrochemicals Association of Kenya, and the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Board, Gatsby Africa among others.
