- Actively defended potential and active Court cases filed against various companies that have been placed under Administration and/or Receivership which include but not limited to Mastermind Tobacco (K) Limited, Mumias Sugar Company Limited, Swafi Foods Limited, Motorhub Limited & Nespoly Pack Limited.
- Successfully defended both individual and corporate clients’ interests in various employment matters & land matters filed within various Courts within the Country.
