Natalie Sirawa is an Associate at MMK. She is experienced in dispute resolution and has also handled competition law disputes, insurance law, and employment and labor related disputes.

She has represented leading corporations, institutions, and individuals in high stakes disputes across diverse sectors. Her work demonstrates considerable expertise in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

  • Advising East and Central Africa’s largest public service vehicle insurer in shareholding disputes, including arbitration and appeals before the High Court and Court of Appeal.
  • Representing an insurer in compliance proceedings before the Insurance Appeals Tribunal against the Insurance Regulatory Authority.
  • Acting in a high value land ownership dispute, including claims exceeding Kshs. 50 million.
  • Representing a leading cement manufacturer in East and Central Africa in a contractual dispute valued at over Kshs. 2 billion.
  • Advising a cement manufacturer in regulatory proceedings against the Kenya Bureau of Standards.
  • Representing a major healthcare provider in governance disputes between members and its board before the High Court (Commercial and Tax Division).
  • Acting for a corporate entity in environmental litigation before the Environment and Land Court.
  • Defending a public officer in employment disputes against the Judicial Service Commission, including proceedings before the Supreme Court.
  • Advising a luxury golf resort on shareholder and board disputes regarding ownership and governance of the holding/operating company of the resort.
  • Advising and representing an array of top-tier corporate entities and institutions both in the public and private sector such as banks and manufacturing companies in employment and labor related disputes with employees/former employees.
