Work Highlights 

  • Part of the team that conducted public sensitization and awareness training in respect of the Punguza Mizigo Amendment Bill, 2019 to the members of the County Assembly of Kilifi.
  • Part of the team that spearheaded debt recovery on behalf of the County Government of Kwale in respect of the Kwale County Trade Revolving Fund.
  • Part of the team that successfully defended the interests of the National Bank of Kenya in a Petition which sought Judgment against the Bank in respect of securities value at a sum of over Kshs. 2 billion.  
  • Part of the team that successfully defended the interests of Kenya Ports Authority in an appeal against a default order of injunction issued against the Authority restraining it from having access to the land forming part of the Lamu Port component of the Lamu Port – South Sudan – Ethiopia Transport Corridor Projects [LAPSSET Projects].
  • Handled various matters on behalf of Kenya Ports Authority in respect of claims of compensation emanating from acquisition of land required for the implementation of the Mombasa Port Development Project.
  • Handled various matters on behalf of the County Government of Kwale in respect of the recovery of public land located in the Diani Complex Scheme.
